The preparation checklist on the Medicare page is stored in your browser’s local storage so you can finish it later. It never leaves your device. Clearing site data removes it.
Choosing an appointment does two things. The site marks that time so someone else cannot take it, and it saves the name, phone, email, and topic you typed so the office can call you back. That list is behind the office code. You can download it as a spreadsheet. A workshop seat still works the older way: the site marks the seat, then your device opens an email to ccastanza@farmersagent.com with the name, phone, and email you typed. We do not store a workshop name or phone on the website. A workshop seat is remembered only as a scrambled version of the email, so the same address cannot take a second seat. If no email app opens, call the office and tell us which workshop — the seat is held, but we will not have your name until you reach us.
A webinar signup works the same way. The page counts that someone signed up, and counts again if they open the recording. It does not store who they were. If the office adds a poll, we keep only how many people picked each answer. Adding the class to your calendar stays on your device. Then your device opens an email with your name. The recording itself plays from the link the office posted, such as YouTube or Vimeo, and that site has its own privacy policy.
Questions you type for the webinar class assistant are sent so it can answer them. We do not save the question or the answer on this website. Don’t type a Social Security number, a Medicare number, or medical details there. The answer is educational. It does not enroll you, and it is not Medicare.
Don’t put Social Security numbers, Medicare claim numbers, bank details, or full medical records in the notes field. A first name, a phone number, a ZIP code, and a general description are enough to schedule a conversation.
We don’t sell information collected through this site. We don’t use it to enroll you in a plan automatically. Links to Medicare.gov, maps, and our Facebook page leave this site and follow those organizations’ own policies.
To ask about something you already sent the office, call (913) 717-7340 or email ccastanza@farmersagent.com. The office address is 139 Cherry Hill Dr, Belton, MO 64012.
